As a disabled person and an ambulatory wheelchair user myself, I understand how important it is for training to be practical, supportive and tailored to the individual. Living with a disability has given me a unique perspective on the relationship between assistance dogs and the people who rely on them, and it's something I bring to every client I work with.

My passion has always been helping dogs learn in a way that is fair, enjoyable and tailored to each individual dog. Every dog learns differently, which is why I take the time to understand their personality, motivations and needs before creating a training plan that works for both dog and owner.
At Lifeline K9s, I believe training should strengthen the bond between you and your dog. By using kind, humane, evidence-informed training methods, I aim to help dogs become confident learners while giving owners the skills and confidence to continue their training long after our sessions have finished.
While assistance dogs remain my specialist area, I also work with pet dogs, helping owners overcome everyday challenges and build strong, lasting relationships with their dogs. Whether you're raising a puppy, working through behavioural challenges or aiming for advanced training, my goal is always the same: to give you the knowledge and confidence to enjoy life together.
I also know that people learn differently too. That's why my training is designed to be neurodivergent friendly, with clear explanations, flexible teaching methods and a supportive, judgement free approach. Whether you describe yourself as neurodivergent or affectionately "neurospicy", my aim is to make learning enjoyable and accessible for everyone.
